We had a pleasant stay and found the hotel to be clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, as it was close to the mall and easy to find transportation. In addition, the breakfast was good, and we appreciated the value for the price.

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well throughout the hotel. the staff was friendly and willing to help us with any requests we had. the hotel was close to several popular tourist attractions and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area. We also enjoyed the free breakfast that was provided each morning.
the hotel was quite noisy, especially during the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money. the location is convenient, close to a mall and walking distance to downtown. the staff is friendly and extremely helpful; they provided a menu for food delivery when the restaurant was closed. the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. In the morning, guests can enjoy a good breakfast and start their day off right. the hotel has great facilities and offers all the advantages one would expect from a good hotel.
The view from the hotel suffers as a result of the less desirable surroundings.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The location was great as it was close to the mall and shops, which made it easy to get anything I needed. Plus, the breakfast was simply delicious, and I loved that it was included in the room rate. The hotel also had an on-site restaurant which served up some tasty dishes at reasonable prices. a fantastic value for money stay with great staff and amenities!
While the hotel was great, the surrounding area was not the best. There wasn't much to do or see outside of the hotel, and the view wasn't exactly picturesque.

The Hotel Quarta Avenida in Monteria exceeded my expectations with its great value for money, friendly staff, convenient location, comfortable room, and clean bed. The staff went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction, providing a menu from a delivery service when the restaurant was closed. The breakfast was also good, and the hotel's proximity to the mall was a plus. a highly recommended hotel.
